Essential Functions of the Position:

Assist with administration of the network.
Conduct trainings and orientation for staff in the usage of VYH systems and equipment.
Maintain and audit compliance with VYH computer security and usage policies and practices.
Provide helpdesk support to VYH staff throughout the agency.
Deploy workstations for new staff and programs throughout the agency.
The technician will travel throughout the Central region as assigned to deploy equipment, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

She/he shall possess a minimum of a Certificate in Computer Networking or a related field.
She/he shall possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
The Technician shall be a mature individual with an ability to adapt to the philosophy of VYH.
The Technician will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, possess sound judgement, and have excellent problem solving abilities.
She/he has never been convicted of any child abuse offense and possess or obtain required clearances in the time frame established by licensing authorities.
