Supervisor ($64,410 - $67,800) - FT.

Essential Functions of the Supervisor:
  • Provide high quality leadership, direction and supervision to team members in all program settings and foster a culturally sensitive, youth centered environment.
  • Guide, monitor and ensure quality and safe service delivery in compliance with agency, county, state and federal standards of practice and program regulations.
  • Monitor, prepare and submit program and financial outcome reports according to agency practice and protocols.
  • Attend both external and internal agency training and workshops; complete and pass all required trainings as set forth in the funder and licensing regulations.

Minimal Qualifications for the Supervisor:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Individual 21 years of age or older, with the ability to identify with and adapt to the goals and philosophies of the program.
  • 2-3 years experience, with adolescent youth in a trauma informed, residential setting. Knowledge of DHS licensing requirements and procedures.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license including vehicle insurance and inspection on any vehicle used for daily work and transportation of clients.
  • Must receive a passing score on annual motor vehicle clearance to be eligible to operate agency vehicles.
  • Never been convicted of any prohibited criminal or child abuse offense.

Physical Requirements of the Supervisor:
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
  • Able to climb in and out of vehicle multiple times per day.
  • Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary.
  • Reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working on a computer.
